Hidden Hills Subdivision | Napa

RSA+ provided a full scope of services including conceptual planning, tentative map, improvement plans and phased final map for the 90 acre, 72 home subdivision in western Napa.  The site was located on a hillside and was encompassed by creeks on 3 sides, which lent itself to City Hillside regulations and strict Fish and Game requirements.  Project highlights include 3 bridges crossings, storm water detention facilities consisting of oversized underground detention pipes interconnected to detention basins and extensive hillside grading calculations to minimize impacts to the hillside and offhaul down the older roads of Napa.  The project was also required to include offsite mitigations of 1200 feet

Rutherford Hills Estate Residence

RSA+ provided site and utility civil design for an estate home complex near Rutherford Hill.  The estate included a five bedroom main residence, a two bedroom second unit, and a one bedroom guest house.  The project required a

Private Residential Estate

RSA+  was contracted by the owner to provide grading, drainage and engineered alternative sewage treatment system plans to support a remodel of the estate residence.  A new pool house and entertainment area and pool were added as part of the project.  Due to the pool location, an entirely new sewage treatment system meeting stringent County design standards was permitted in minimum time to allow for the building permit application to process smoothly.

Private Residential Estate | Calistoga, California

RSA+ was contracted to modify the existing septic system and provide construction observation for a new 5-bedroom residence in Calistoga, California.  This work included the preparation of plans and report to redesign the current mound system to a subsurface drip disposal system.  A pretreatment system was included per the requirements of the Napa County Department of Environmental Management.  The Client also planned a constructed an irrigation pond for vineyard use.
