RSA+  was contracted by the owner to provide grading, drainage and engineered alternative sewage treatment system plans to support a remodel of the estate residence.  A new pool house and entertainment area and pool were added as part of the project.  Due to the pool location, an entirely new sewage treatment system meeting stringent County design standards was permitted in minimum time to allow for the building permit application to process smoothly.

All features of the engineered sewage treatment system were designed with zero impact to the project footprint or visual character of the landscape and architect’s design.
