Lakeport Courthouse

RSA+ was contracted to provide Plans, Specs & Estimates (PS&E) design services for the new Lakeport Courthouse project. The project requires the design and construction of a new four-courtroom courthouse, with approximately two floors (plus a basement) covering 46,000 square feet and includes secured parking for judicial officer sand 130 surface parking spaces with solar power generation capability.

Additionally, the Project includes public lobby, security screening, four courtrooms, chambers and courtroom support, clerk's office, self-help area, administration, jury services, central in-custody holding, and building support services.

RSA+also collaborated with the City of Lakeport staff for new off-site improvements benefitting the City including new sidewalks, intersection design and drainage facilities.

Water & Sewer Main Replacement & Paving Project | City of Lakeport

RSA+ was selected to prepare Plans, Specs & Estimates (PS&E) for a water and sewer main replacement project consisting of 10,400 linear feet of new water mains and 5,300 linear feet of new sewer main on seven streets in the City of Lakeport.

Our work included 150+ new water and sewer service laterals, new fire hydrants, a jack and bore under a culverted blue-line creek, and connections to 2 sewer lift stations.

Following successful completion of the design and bidding phases, RSA+ was asked to analyze repaving options and prepare a repaving plan for the affected streets that makes the most efficient use of available funding.
