RSA+ provided site and utility civil design for an estate home complex near Rutherford Hill.  The estate included a five bedroom main residence, a two bedroom second unit, and a one bedroom guest house.  The project required a roadway design exception that resulted in a sculptured retaining wall to satisfy the Napa County Fire access requirements.  RSA+ was also instrumental in the development of the water supply and sanitary waste systems.
