RSA+ was contracted to modify the existing septic system and provide construction observation for a new 5-bedroom residence in Calistoga, California.  This work included the preparation of plans and report to redesign the current mound system to a subsurface drip disposal system.  A pretreatment system was included per the requirements of the Napa County Department of Environmental Management.  The Client also planned a constructed an irrigation pond for vineyard use. 

RSA+ was asked to prepare a Phase I Water Report & monthly water balance, erosion control detention pond grading design and approval processing with Napa County, storm drain sump pump design, and provide Napa County storm water management compliance.
