Howell Mountain Water Tank
Howell Mountain Water Company
RSA+ assisted the Water Company with the design and inspection of a new 500,000 gallon water tank. For years, the existing underground concrete water tank leaked and compromised the quantity and quality of water for the water company's customers. RSA+ designed a new water tank and piping system that replaced the old tank and reduced contaminants associated with organics and chlorine.
Soscol Gateway Transit Center | Napa
NCTPA Transit Center
NCTPA and the City of Napa hired RSA+ to provide site development, utility, and street frontage design plans for the Soscol Gateway Transit Center. The Transit Center project includes a bus transfer center, a park and ride lot, and 8,000 square feet of administrative office space.
