NCTPA and the City of Napa hired RSA+ to provide site development, utility, and street frontage design plans for the Soscol Gate Transit Center.   The Transit Center project includes a bus transfer center, a park and ride lot, and 8,000 square feet of administrative office space.

The bus transfer center and offices opened for operations in December 2012.
