RSA+ is pleased to announce that the 258,000+ square foot SDG Green Island 258 Warehouse has broken ground this week!
RSA+ worked with Industrial & Commercial Contractors, Inc to obtain Use & Building Permits and on August 3rd, the building permit was approved by the City of American Canyon. In order to assure that nearby wetlands are protected, RSA+ worked with Monk & Associates to obtain the required environmental permits from State Water Quality Control Board and The Army Corps of Engineers. #Napa
