Success in obtaining a Use Permit! RSA+, Civil Engineering Consultant, was part of the team that helped Fred and Nina Oliai obtain a Use Permit from Napa County for a new winery. Alta Vineyards Winery will be located between Silverado Trail and the Napa River.
