Time for Some Good News!

RSA+ is providing civil engineering services for the development of this 80+ unit 100% affordable housing project in South Napa.

Barbara and Bill Ream know that hard labor contributed to the success of the Napa Valley which is why they’ve decided to sell a portion of their land, in South Napa, to The City for affordable housing. Barbara’s family has a long history in Napa and she inherited an appreciation for the hard work that laborers do. She looks at this sale, and affordable housing units that will be built, as a way to honor those who have worked so hard to build our community.
