RSA+ Helps Housing Project Gain Approval
Vista Grove Subdivision
RSA+ prepared the tentative map and drainage analysis for this 5 acre subdivision in northwest Napa. RSA+ collaborated with the architect and developer in designing a site plan that includes 27 homes and 11 accessory dwelling units to meet the density required by the site's affordable housing zoning overlay. Located within the Salvador Basin, the project features bioretention and underground detention facilities for stormwater runoff as well as new public street improvements including the connection of Wine Country Avenue to the west of Linda Vista Avenue to fulfill a component of the City General Plan.
