Quintessa Winery

RSA+ worked with the Huneeus family to obtain use permit approval for a 50,000 case winery. The RSA+ team headed the design development and construction planning for the grading and utilities as well as waste disposal and on-site fire protection.  RSA+ facilitated the approval of a temporary occupancy permit to enable the winery to crush as the construction was completed.  The Quintessa winery has become a landmark that compliments the beauty of this world famous wine-producing region.

Ovid Winery

RSA+ was retained to assist in the permitting, design, and construction of 35 acres of vineyard and a 20,000 gallon per year winery. The project had an abundance of rock left over from the construction of vineyards which caused concern from neighbors and the County staff.  RSA+ and Grassi Construction developed a plan to process the rock and utilize it for site drainage and roadway base.
