RSA+ prepared the utility and engineering plans to develop an 18 hole golf course and club house. The engineering included irrigation pump intakes, frontage improvements to South Kelly Road, coordination of grading over a high pressure PG&E gas line, a new sewer service to the Napa Sanitation District, permits for crossings over blue line streams, and extensive erosion control measures.
RSA+ assisted Callander Associates with identifying the constraints and opportunities which were used to develop a master plan for the Kennedy Park. The work we provided will help ensure that the master plan can be implemented without running into surprises related to environmental and engineering issues.
RSA+ partnered with the North Bay BMX to design a new track at Kennedy Park. Our work was complete pro-bono and included the grading, erosion control, and utilities necessary for volunteers to build the track. This track is open to everyone and has been used by thousands of BMX bike enthusiasts over the years since it was opened.
RSA+ was proud to work with Grindline Skateparks and the City of Saint Helena to help develop a new, state of the art, skate park in the City of Saint Helena. As part of RSA+’s commitment to help in the constant improvement of the Napa Valley, we were pleased to contribute $5,000 of pro-bono services towards the project engineering and site development plans.
