RSA+ provided the site designs required for entitlement and construction for both the Imaging Center and the Wellness Center.

As the only design consultant on both projects, RSA+ facilitated site plan modifications that maximized the land use and produced a cohesive parking arrangement with minimal impact to the other consultants.

RSA+'s local knowledge and experience resulted in an early approval for a foundation permit and a cost saving substitution to the local design standards for stormwater quality elements.
