RSA+ prepared construction plans to facilitate aggressive construction schedules for two separate but adjacent 100-unit hillside resort projects.

Plans were precisely coordinated to assure grading, drainage, utility design, conditions of approval and site constraints were independent and could function independently of each other.

Since completion of the original project, we have processed plans for the expansion of both resorts independent of each other.
