RSA+ assisted Stacia and Edwin Williams with use permits and entitlements for the two properties that comprise the Cairdean Estates.  The Estates are now the home of Cairdean Vineyard and Winery, the Farmer and the Fox Restaurant, Butterscots Bakery, and Redolent Mercantile.

One of the Cairdean Estates properties required the redevelopment of the St. Helena Outlets.  This Outlet property contained utility systems that had suffered years of neglect.  Through collaboration with the contracting team, RSA+ developed a plan to reconstruct and enhance the existing storm water, septic, and wet utility systems to meet current design standards.

On the second property, RSA+ worked with Signum Architects to develop a site engineering plan that provided utilities, access, water, sewer, and winery process services to the Cairdean winery.
