Gandona Estate Winery | Use Permit Modification

RSA+ congratulates Gandona Winery for obtaining Planning Commission approval for increased visitation and the addition of a new office and agricultural storage building.

Gandona Estate is located at 1533 Sage Canyon Road.

RSA+ prepared civil plans and exhibits to support the Use Permit Modification.  We also prepared driveway plans and an application letter to support an exception to Napa County Road and Street Standards.  The exception was required because of the environmental constraints along the existing driveway.
